I am a cake decorator by day and freelance cake designer by night. I have more than 20+ years experience in fondant, gumpaste, modeling chocolate and other decorating mediums. I am limited in my day job by corporate "cookie cutter" designs and enjoy the opportunity to reclaim some of my past freedom by creating new and interesting cakes to fit any occasion.

I enjoy working with clients to create a delicious and affordable cake that will be the centerpiece of the event.
